Refund Policy:
At Your Max TV, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. Although we’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve, if you feel the service you purchased is not the best fit for you, we want to make things right.
Follow the steps below to request refund.
All Customers who request a refund within 3 days of your date of purchase will receive a full refund.
Refund request beyond the 1st 3 days will receive a prorated refund for the unused time of their access less $10.00. Prorate is on a 30 day basis. We divide your payment by 30 and multiply that by the days remaining, deduct $10.00 from that amount and the remainder is issued as a refund.
Only 1 refund will be issued per account.

Include the Username for the account to be issued the refund.
Include the email address associated with the account.
Reseller Members
The above Refund Policy does not apply to our Reseller Members.
For resellers all sales are final as we often hire a 3rd party to setup the assests for your bussines. We also understand that each individual case is different.
If you are a Reseller, and would like to request a refund, contact us directly per the contact information you have been provided to make arrangements for a refund should any be available. In some cases we may still be able to refund at least a portion of your payment but, timing is critical.
Return Policy:
Any items purchased and shipped through Your Max TV must be returned in NEW unopened codition and contain all the items that were shipped with your purchase. Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund including standard shipping cost.
Should we receive and incomplete or non-resellable item then no refund will be issued.
