We believe so. With access to over 6.000 Live USA Channels, we are confident that you will still be able to watch your favorite channels and shows including local news, weather and sports channels.
Is the price on the website an introductory price?
No. The price on the website is the price you will pay each and every month.
How many devices can I have on my account?
You select the number of connections you want to use Your Max TV app on. The maximum number of connections per account is 5. Should you need more than 5 connections you will need a separate account for those additional connections.
Why do I get “URL invalid” message after entering my login credentials.
This is likely caused by not entering your credentials correctly. It’s important that you enter your credentials exactly as they were sent in your “Activation” email. Both the username and the password are case sensitive also be sure there are no spaces or special characters.
Can I add additional connections to my account.
Yes. If you would like to add a connection to an existing account it’s best to contact us at support@youmaxtv,com and let us assist with getting that connection added for you.
There are a few things you need to know about adding a connection to your account.
- Are you on a Subscription or Pay as You GO plan?
Adding a connection to a “Subscription” plan?
- We would need to cancel the current subscription and then you would resubscribe to the new Subscription plan with the desired connections.
- NOTE:
- If your current subscription is more than 5 days of expiration then we will refund the amount of the original subscription less a $10.00 service fee and then we will add the desired connections.
- If the current subscription is 5 days or less from the expiration date we will add the desired connections and no refund will be issued.
- Changes to the account will effect the Subscription payment and date.
We recommend waiting until 2-3 days prior to expiration to make any changes to your account to avoid any fees.
Adding a connection to a “Pay as You GO” plan?
- You would order the plan with the desired connections.
- NOTE:
- If your current plan is more than 5 days of expiration then we will refund the amount of the original plan less a $10.00 service fee and then we will add the desired connections.
- If the current plan is 5 days or less from the expiration date we will add the desired connections and no refund will be issued.

Can I change the payment method I use for my subscription?
Yes. We will need to cancel your current subscription and then you would need to subscribe to the desired subscription option using the new payment method.

How do I place an order or make change to my existing access plan?
Go to https://yourmaxtv.com and scroll down the page to select the option that best fits your needs.
How do I save channels, movies or series to favorites?
This is a useful feature so you don’t have to scroll through or search all the channels to find your favorite shows, Find the channel you want save, long press the select button on your remote and select save to favorites.
For movies and series, you will select the heart to save it to favorites.
Do I need a VPN(Virtual Private Network)
In most cases no you don’t have to use a VPN, but we do recommend that you use one. In some cases where your internet service provider slows or blocks your connection from unregistered apps like ours and many others you may need to use a VPN.
