Keep an eye on your email’s inbox for your activation email. This email will contain your log in credentials for the app and other important information pertaining to your app access. We recommend that you save the activation email for future reference. Your app log in credentials will always be same and will not change unless there is an issue that we must change them. In such a case we will inform you of any changes to your credentials so you can update your information.
Be sure to check your spam/junk folders as our emails may sometimes not land in your inbox. Should this happen please whitelist our email address so you can be sure you are receiving our emails to your inbox.
Please note: Your log in credentials for the app will be different from the log in credentials for the website.
If you ordered a 24 hour trial, you DO NOT need to worry about canceling, you will not automatically be billed for any future access. If you wish to upgrade to a monthly account, we recommend doing so before your trial access expires. All trial accounts are deleted after 24 hours of the expiration date.
If you have ordered the monthly (Pay as You GO) option. It is recommended that you pay for your access at least 48 hours prior to your expiration date to prevent interruption in your access. Your access will be extended an additional month from the current expiration date, not 1 month from the date of ordering. This insures you are getting the full access time you are paying for.
