Channels & VOD in any package are subject to update, change or removal at anytime without prior notice
yourmaxtv.com responsibility is limited to providing access for the agreed on period.
1 connection=1 screen/device , you can’t use more connections than your access plan allows.
Any attempt to use more connections at the same time exposes your subscription to get permanently terminated.
Maintenance is performed to the servers from time to time, this could happen anytime and time frame is not estimated.
Buffering , freezing and not working content is normal in any IPTV in the world , therefore you may have issues briefly and periodically.
Client is responsible for getting to know how “Your Max TV” works and the nature of it.
Any Package could be replaced with any other in case of the unavailability.
Access login credentials are usually sent to the client’s registered email within 1 business day after receiving clear payment.

Access Plans:

“Your Max TV” guarantees that all the access plans purchased from our website will be activated for the agreed on period within 24hrs of cleared payment. “Your Max TV” Subscription information and the expiration date will be sent to the client’s registered info. We don’t have any control over any issue that comes to the servers , stopping or not working content, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
“Your Max TV” is not responsible for any subscriptions purchased for an improper device.

SERVICE CANCELLATION/HOLD:

You do not have to inform us if you plan to cancel your access or place it on hold. Your usage of any subscription cancels or holds once you reach the end of the duration of your current subscription.

CONTENTS & OTHER SERVICE PACKAGES:

The provision for any packages may vary, and we may add or remove access to and program without prior notice.
“Your Max TV” is a service transporter only. Hence, a service can be changed (added/removed) according to the laws of broadcasting.

INSURANCE:

“Your Max TV” is not providing any insurance for any service.

PAYMENT:

Your payment is handled by the PayPal payment gateways which is one of the most secure ways to pay online.
You may pay using your Credit or Debit card your card or your PayPal account.
